A MAP won't and will NEVER be able to provide the player with pleasure for a longer time if it's not scripted.
And we're - atleast we want to with this forum increase all our skills within the subject mapping and how to make a playable, fun and mysterious map.
And to do this, we all need actions/movements, maybe not talkactions that much, but it's good to know some or atleast have some.
And, after I've had this part said, do I even have to explain the NPC reason for you?

Atleast, this is my opinion. And I think alot of our guys agree with me on this part.

In my opinion there could be a lua/xml section, but only with finished, working scripts that has been used, not people making them just to post it there.

So request it at openLua and post it here when it's finished/working.

That means, also no tutorial/request section in my opinion.
